Booking and Cancellation:

All bookings require a deposit. Cancellations made 48 hours before departure receive a full refund minus processing fees.

Liability:

Participants engage in road trip activities at their own risk. Elite Road Tours maintains comprehensive insurance but recommends personal travel insurance.

Modification of Terms:

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
